$25,000 life insurance benefit, 4% monthly benefit payout for long term care with a 25 month initial duration and an extension of an additional 25 months (50 months total LTC payout).

Virginia Theological Seminary provides Full Time employees with an increase in imputed income to cover the premium cost of the $25,000 benefit. 

To receive the employer-paid plan, benefit eligible employees must complete an application and be approved for coverage. You may also choose to purchase supplemental coverage at an additional cost. 

Part-time Employees (20-29 hours/week) are eligible to apply for coverage, with the full premium amount taken through payroll deductions (no funding).
